This e-learning program is based on Jan Olav Johannessen booklet “What is psychosis”. This brochure has been released in several revised versions since it first came out. The intention was to give those who are ill, health care workers and their families an introduction and an understanding of psychosis.
The E-learning program has been developed and adapted to this format by Robert Jorgensen and Sveinung Dybvig. They’ve worked with early intervention of severe mental illness for years. Public education about serious mental illness is an important part of early intervention work. The English Version is funded by ISPS, and is available for anyone who wants to learn more about psychosis on the homepage of psychiatric information. The animations were created by Sunniva Dybvig.
